For a globally successful company on a promising transformation course we are searching for a “Teamlead Customer Insights & Engagement” for the European region.

The candidate leads a team of customer engagement & customer insight experts, loyalty managers and analysts. S/he is responsible for driving the global strategy from a regional perspective, including Brand, Customer Commercial, Media, CRM, Sustainability strategies and plans.

The role is a key hire for the company. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment with much space to create and develop.


  • Customer centric thinking and acting, expertise re customer insights and engagement
  • A proven track record as a manager, strong leadership skills
  • State-of-the-art digital Know-how
  • Strategic, analytical, hands-on
  • Interdisciplinary approach: customer research meets data analytics meets marketing and communications
  • Fluent written and spoken English
