For a globally successful company on a promising transformation course we are searching for a “Teamlead Customer Insights & Engagement” for the European region.
The candidate leads a team of customer engagement & customer insight experts, loyalty managers and analysts. S/he is responsible for driving the global strategy from a regional perspective, including Brand, Customer Commercial, Media, CRM, Sustainability strategies and plans.
The role is a key hire for the company. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment with much space to create and develop.
